Eastern Europe DIGITAL CHAMPION Trainee
( 6 to 12 months, location Prague)

Ever heard of the Evian Roller Babies on-line video and its 100 million views? Well that was just the beginning of the digital journey for Danone! By 2020, Danone aims at becoming digitally fluent, a company that integrates digital thinking in its everyday decision and ways of working.  To achieve this ambition, Danone wants to increase the digital capabilities of the entire organization and accelerate the digitalization of its brands, its countries and its functions.

Within the 2 coming years, each Danoner will access a set of new digital collaborative tools that will enable them to operate digitally internally and externally. To support this evolution, we’re looking for Digital Champions who will spread the digital mindset and help our people make their working life more simple, efficient and collaborative with these new tools.

Mission of the role
Working hand in hand with the dedicated local and global Project Teams (HR/ Digital / IS IT/ Communication) in your cluster, you will notably:

·  Deploy, enrich and animate locally the Danoners Digitally Fluent Program across the lifecycle of the project
·  Succeed in supporting the local workforce and the project team (change management, project management, reality check, animation,  etc)
·  Coordinate the roadmap with the project team in your country and other business units/project teams to ensure progress of the initiative roll out as per schedule
·  Support the change and the digital/collaborative mindset in the business units in order to support a general and local collaborative approach
·  Lead Danoners training locally on the digital tools (plan and deliver a comprehensive training plan for all Danoners) and provide ongoing functional support
·  Either one to one 
·  Either by teams/groups
·  Either collective animation
·  Digital Reverse Mentoring Animation
·  Track feedback and technical bugs (by Survey process, by the Social network communities etc)
·  Identify and communicate on success stories
·  Monitor Kpis (new tools usages, adoption level etc)
·  Travel to various locations within the country(ies) to support project team(s) and end users

Your profile

·  Digital and collaborative mindset
·  Project management experience
·  Pedagogical and strong Interpersonal skills
·  Community management experience
·  Fluent in English and Czech (other languages are a plus)
·  Experience on Social networking and collaborative tools
