Customer Service Coordinator

Your most important responsibilities will be:
· We receive incoming orders and returns from our clients, with a critical eye on the flows you are able to detect strange info and can manage exceptions.
· You have daily communication with our customers and logistic providers for all outbound and logistic related topics. Offering support and including promotional activities and innovations towards customers falls also under your scope.
· You are also the one sorting out customer questions and complaints, together with our internal and external departments of course.
· Correctness of our customer master data is key, you're in the driver's seat to make sure this input is complete and correct. You will also have the opportunity to optimize and improve the way the department is working, in order to be more effective and provide an even better service to our customers. Improving processes, systems and reporting are the main topics here.
Having a keen interest in Logistics and Customer Service is a crucial element for success in this role. The role is an ideal opportunity for someone who like to combine the operation with more strategical topics, and wants to have a role in the middle of the action within Logistics. To ensure our customers receive the right products within the right timeframe, you will need to have excellent communication skills (ENG + NL), a pro-active and pragmatic approach. Continuously seeking for improvement is a great mindset to make the difference in this role. It would be awesome if you already have some experience in SAP.
