Job Purpose
Proactively manage the day to day support of existing applications, participate in projects, ensure excellence in sustainable IS service delivery that meets or exceeds the business expectations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Manage Applications

·  As 1st line of support, manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications in the Finance & Master Data/HR domains to meet business needs.
·  Identify, manage and resolve all incidents logged by business through the Call Logging system.
·  Where own resolution is not possible, articulate system incidents and business requirements into technical specifications and log necessary incident and/or enhancement tickets with central development team.
·  Manage and resolve all logged tickets according to internal SLAs and KPIs.
·  Assist in managing internal and external resources.
·  Execute activities to ensure compliance with existing laws, regulations, IS Governance Processes and Internal Control.

Project Management

·  Participate in projects as decided in the Master Plan.
·  Ensure operational management of projects’ or support dedicated resources.

Stakeholder Management

·  Work cross-functionally and cross CBS with other functional domains and IT.
·  Animate the improvement of the business processes and applications, through assessment, optimization proposal and implementation.
·  Identify opportunities for applications’ evolutions based on his/her analysis of existing applications efficiency and/or propose applications’ optimization actions to meet business needs and IS/IT standards.
·  Formulate business case to determine and support the scope and challenge business value of proposed applications’ optimization.
·  Communicate with relevant stakeholders in accordance to the level of interest and influence of such individuals.

Qualification

·  BCOM Degree
·  A Finance qualification would be an advantage
·  SAP certificate in FI CO

Experience

·  Minimum of 3 - 6 years proven relevant experience in a similar role
·  Advanced Knowledge of SAP FI / CO
·  Knowledge of SAP ERP (MM, PP, PM)
·  Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office
·  Good verbal and written communication skills
·  Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
·  Takes initiative, accountability & responsibility for own work and works well with other teams
·  Proven ability to filter and cascade top-down feedback
·  Ability to work in a multicultural environment
·  Excellent administration skills
·  Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
·  Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
