AR Accountant
(Full-time, Location: Sofia, Bulgaria)

Key responsibilities:

·  Manage customers accounts efficiently including bank account statement bookings and allocations, compensations postings, clarification of errors
·  Mange dunning process, daily customer contact via phone and/or other means
·  Taking part in AR Team projects as team member or / and a leader
·  Contribute to the timeliness and quality of the monthly AR and TTM Customer closing process, and the justification of AR Customers balances
·  Contribute to process efficiency improvement
·  Contribute to establishing good relations with customers and internal functions
·  Support local Cash process as needed

Skills and competencies:

·  College or university degree
·  Preferred 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivables department
·  Possess accountancy system related knowledge - SAP/MS Dynamics (preferred), Navision will be an asset
·  Strong MS Excel skills
·  Native Bulgarian
·  Fluent English
·  Working knowledge of additional language from Romania, Czech, Slovakia or Hungary would be an asset
·  Very good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Accuracy and attention to details, reliable
·  Analytical and process-minded
·  Team-playing attitude and determination
·  Self-directed and well organized
