ROLE DESCRIPTION
The VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) will be located in TIANJIN (China) for a 2 years period. Our activity in Tianjin is: Out Standing Work, site support and floor covering manufacturing for aircraft manufacturers.
The Operations Manager reports directly to our Aerostructures Business Unit. As Operations Manager, you are Responsible for the Tianjin product activities planning, product data analysis, customer support and business development.
Your role :
Managing the operation of the unit :
- You are responsible of production and logistics flows. You Secure the consistence between customer needs, capacity, capabilities, production plan, and purchasing.
- You manage the human resources (2 employees at start, 5 at the end period), maintain the social dialog, you respect the work law and company internal rules.
- Set and manage lean implementation plan
Managing customer relationship and strengthening the Business Case of the unit :
- You promote DAHER service and logistic offer capabilities in the Tianjin area and in China
- You implement and animate a network on the Tianjin area
- You are he interface of the customer and prospect and identify opportunities that you report to the Sales Director
PROFILE
Main requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above, 2 years work experience and above
- Familiar with supply chain technics and production organization
- Strong ability of operation and data analysis
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Can complete the corresponding work independently and actively. Willing to take responsibility.
- Fluent English / Chinese not mandatory but appreciated.
