Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant EMEA

Position : 6 month Internship starting from January 2017

As Talent Acquisition Junior Consultant for EMEA, you will be joining an international team in Paris in order to manage recruitment activities in EMEA. To be successful in this position you must feel at ease liaising with new contacts, be detail-oriented and last but not least, have a passion for finding new talent for CWT. 

Main responsibilities & duties

Manage recruitment assignments across EMEA & CWT Meetings & Events
Define targeted candidate profile w/ Hiring Manager
Define & implement sourcing strategies
Select candidates & present shortlist to Hiring Manager
Follow up & coordinate recruitment assignments until the final decision is made with a consultative approach

Produce a monthly EMEA recruitment dashboard (follow up on KPIs)
Build sourcing strategies for specific markets
Research & follow market trends

Employer branding
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Consultant to develop & promote CWT's Employer Brand
Develop our presence on social media, communicate with prospective candidates
Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, internally and externally
Graphic design for external & internal communications: Banners & Logos

Pour postuler :
* Fluent both in English and French
* Another European language is a strong plus
* Master's degree in preparation in HR, Marketing or Communication (Management School or University) 
* First internship experience in a marketing, communication or HR field
* Adobe software (Indesign or Photoshop)
* Abilities to deal within a multicultural environment
* Great sense of organization
* Communication skills
* Pays strong attention to details
* Curiosity and creativity
