Internship - Central Sales & Operations Training Assistant

Location : Paris

This is for a 6-month student internship starting from September

Overview

Reporting to Head of Training Sales & Operations, based in Paris, your role will be to help support the S&O Training Team.  

Responsibilities:

- Support the manager of the team on the main Training projects

- Supporting the day to day tasks and requests coming to the Training Team

- Helping the team with operational tasks on the Learning Management System (LMS) :

·  Creating user groups and manage them
·  Gathering stats that will feed analytics reports

- Revamping / maintaining the Training confluence page and all associated material up to date

- Monitoring a quarterly newsletter for Central sales teams

- Monitoring the monthly reporting, across our different regions

- Helping on Training collateral updates / main localization needs

- Supporting the Ops teams in creating quizzes for local teams

Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent spoken and written English (fluent ideally)

Proactivity is strongly encouraged on a day to day basis

Capable of working autonomously

Ability to be flexible, to work fast and to adapt to a fast moving environment

Analytics skills (comfortable with Excel / reporting tools)

Knowledge of the industry is a plus
