Job descriptionAs a part of a dynamic and inter-disciplinary Legal Team, participation on all legal aspects relating to Company activities in France and abroad.Your internship will cover both corporate and commercial matters; including the following tasks:- assistance in the preparation of the Company’s corporate governance (including meetings and minutes of the same), as well as assistance in subsidiary maintenance tasks;- participation of the legal transactions to be entered by the group companies;- research and memos on legal issues;- review and negotiation of commercial contracts; andMore generally,- creation and maintenance of weekly reports to the Legal Team on all developments (regulatory, case law, market practice, etc.) in commercial and corporate law . Desired Skills and ExperienceGraduate degree in business law with a “Master 2” preparing admission to the bar with extensive knowledge of corporate and contract laws.Special interest in adtech and performance marketing, as well as the technology sector in general.Significant internship experience with a law-firm or an in-house legal department.Strong organizational abilities and analytical rigor; and able to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Open-minded, easy to work with, positive attitude and team spirit required. Fluency in English mandatory.
