What will you be doing ?

As part of the Central Technical Solutions (CTS) team your daily work will involve providing expert support to local Technical Solution (TS) teams worldwide while at the same time improving the Central team’s processes and knowledge, and rollout of new products.

You will contribute to synchronize and communicate around changes in processes, platforms, tooling.

You will work closely with Product and R&D teams, improving the advertiser platform.

Mission:

As part of the expert support services provided to local TS teams (around 250 professionals spread in over 25 offices around the world) you’ll be in charge of receiving, assessing, performing and following requests on the Advertiser’s Platform core products. Standard activities when answering these requests include:

·  Receiving, investigating and following-up bugs reported on the Advertiser Platform,
·  Working in cooperation with other Central teams (Central Analytics, Central Creative Services, R&D, Product, Production…) to gather non-documented information on Criteo's products and tools,
·  Performing advanced tasks that require access rights not granted to local TS teams, while meeting Platform stability and business objectives,
·  Assessing business value of features suggested by local teams and forwarding them to the appropriate teams.

You’ll design, document and implement processes to fasten the rollout of the new products.

·  Bring your technical expertise on the product design and planning for its roll-out to local teams
·  Document, train and empower local teams on the new product
·  Manage and monitor its roll-out process, detect local specificities and work with Product and R&D to reach optimum solutions.

You’ll also be responsible of the continuous improvement of part of Central Support tools, processes and knowledge. This mission’s activities will include:

·  Improving and maintaining the Central Operations Ticketing System based on JIRA,
·  Contributing to and maintaining the Central Technical Solutions knowledge base and Training materials aroundCriteo’s Advertiser Platform.
·  Analyzing, designing and undertaking actions with the objective of improving Central TS services’ productivity and reliability.

In a general manner, you’ll be the privileged link between local TS and other Central teams(Central Analytics, Central Creative Services, R&D, Product, Production…).
In particular, you will work closely with the R&D/Product teams:

·  Pushing for new feature developments.
·  Being the technical and functional referent for Product/R&D.
·  Validating and communicating changes rolled out by Product/R&D.

Profil recherché

Profile:

·  2+ years in Technical Support or equivalent
·  Degree in computer science or technology related degree
·  Technical background in web development and relational databases
·  Strong communication and presentation skills with Business and Tech Teams
·  Ability to understand business requirements while at the same time evaluating technical implications
·  Have a service-oriented mind
·  Early adopter to technology and passion and interest in global e-commerce markets
·  Fluent in English (oral and written)
