Mission
Integrated in the Business Solutions & Innovation team for Southern Europe, you will be in charge of developing and driving the agency strategy in France with a multi-product approach. In more details you will :
· Build a strategic approach to develop agency business
· Package Criteo’s offers to fit agencies specificities
· Develop sales pitch and decks adapted to agencies
· Organize and lead meeting with agencies decision makers
· Develop an agency network
· Organize and lead conferences, training programs for agencies
· Participate to market events in order to improve Criteo’s notoriety among agencies and grow the network.
· Organize events with Agencies
· Support teams when necessary to prepare and/or attend meetings with agencies
· Supply management with reports, competition analysis
· Build action plan, pipe, forecasts and targets in agreement with management
· Communicate internally on best practices and use cases
Profile
· Strong Agency network including C-level/decision makers
· Good knowledge of digital performance marketing landscape
· High ability to understand technical aspects of Criteo’s products
· Strong analytical skills
· Creativity to match Criteo’s offers with Agency specifities
· Ability to create and deliver custom made presentation tailored to each agency audience with a multiproducts approach
· Proactivity in suggesting innovation related to agencies, both from a product point of view and from a pitch point of view
· Excellent storyteller
· Ease at making public speaking and Pedagogue
· Ability to be structured and organized to build a clear strategy and follow up.
· Strong Experience in the digital performance marketing
· Excellent in power Point, Excel.
