Overview:

Reporting to Head of Travel France within the Sales & Operations team. Based in Paris, your role will be to support a very entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary ad hoc team working on key accounts to ensure optimal performances and continuous innovation. You will have the opportunity to understand the internal and external stakes of managing key international accounts in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity in which you will conduct operational tasks and contribute to larger strategic reflections on key account management.

- Day-to-day sales operations: You will take-part in monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performance towards operational excellence.
- Troubleshooting and routine AB test design: You will work closely with an Account Strategist (AS), an Data-Scientist (AX) and a Technical Solutions Engineer (TS) to find, test and implement solutions to current challenges.
- Tools and internal processes reengineering: Together with AS and AX, you will build the appropriate tools to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex: forecasting, monitoring of performance)
- Case-studies: You will collect information and build customized case-studies for clients or for internal best-practice sharing purposes.
- Commercial strategy: Together with AS and AX, you will work on accounts' global strategy, building and enriching the content of quarterly business review presentations and prioritizing projects.
- Knowledge Management: You will be in charge of harmonizing and keeping up-to-date knowledge on the accounts for all stakeholders (from ad hoc team to C-level)

Our requirements:

- You are a Business School or University student/graduate with a high desire to work in the Internet industry
(High-school diploma +4 years minimum)
- You already completed an internship in management consulting/finance/marketing and/or were
involved in entrepreneurial ventures
- You are available 6 months (ideally, gap year or last year)
- You are proficient in Excel and totally fluent in English (French is a plus)
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
