Job description
Responsibilities
· žManage your portfolio of partner relationships to grow revenues and margin, mainly in mobile advertise field will be a big plus.
· žWork with a broad range of internal teams (product, marketing, legal, integration, traffic) to support the sales efforts in a positive and proactive manner.
· žConstant monitoring and analysis of partner’s campaign performance to ensure strong business partnership
· ž Meticulously maintain contact, event and deal information for all clients in the CRM tool.
· žProvide coach and constructive feedback to the assigned Sales team to make sure they perform better and meet or exceed their goals.
· žWork incredibly smart to meet or exceed goals by ensuring the plans are well executed in right time.
Desired profile
Requirements
· BA/BS degree
· žAt least 3 years of business development, Sales account management or ad operations experience in working with mobile ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, ad exchanges or analytics solutions.
· žDeep knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystem and has been involved with setting up performance advertising campaigns
· žGood understanding on performance & retargeting AD knowledge are preferred.
· žAbility to asses and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role.
· žExcellent knowledge of the Japan app market.
· žStrong program / project management skills
· žStrong analytical and Excel skills preferable. Must be proficient in PowerPoint & Word.
· žStrong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders
