Delivery Manager

· Challenging and exciting position as Delivery Manager in our Wroclaw team providing solutions for www.credit-suisse.com and Credit Suisse's Intranet within Corporate Service Technologies (CST)
· Negotiate with IT, Technology Services and business partners about feasibility of their needs and identify solutions to satisfy them
· Take over component ownership of several JAVA applications
· In charge for implementing the solution, defining the operational set-up for a successful go live and maintaining, enhancing it along standardized change management processes
· Hands-on role for managing the relationship with the cloud provider and establishing a common successful operating model

Desired profile

·  Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
·  Knowledge and experience, including but not limited to Java Language, J2EE Technologies
·  Proven track record of minimum 3 years' experience in project delivery roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master etc. in an international and matrix-structured organization, Banking/Finance domain preferred
·  Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
·  Solid strategic and analytical skills; ability to solve problems on operational and strategic level
·  Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible, high-quality results within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
·  Ideally a solid background or proven experience in establishing a content management solution in the cloud
·  Solid understanding of enterprise web applications
·  Ability to understand technical set ups involving networks, infrastructure layers, cybercrime resilience & single sign on solutions

·  Demonstrable ability to learn and adapt
·  Solid written and oral communication skills - good command of English both spoken and written is essential
·  Solid team player who is able to work in a globally distributed team
·  Experience with agile methodologies
·  Excellent negotiation skill, strategic thinking, proactive work approach, goal orientation and persistent work style
