Job description

The Market & Liquidity Risk Management (MLRM) COO/Business Management Group manages department finances, headcount, the staff development framework, business continuity plans, footprint management and other departmental management deliverables. The team currently has members in New York, London and Mumbai and requires support in Poland with regards to the following deliverables:

· We use technical expertise with Excel to drive automation and improvement of Global MLRM COO departmental processes
· We create various reports to help with Expense MI such as Market Data usage, T&E usage, New Joiner Reports and process
· We develop and maintain MLRM Service Catalogue and Service Level Agreement repository
· We manage MLRM Poland footprint and deployment demand analysis
· We maintain MLRM Intranet page and creativity to develop a robust and engaging intranet page
· We maintain and update the MLRM Business Continuity Plan within role as Poland Change Manager
· We track and monitor consultancy engagements within the department – including submission into MyShop, user set up, user removal and invoice payment
· We are dedicated working with various internal partners maintaining strong relationships across a broad network both within and outside the department
· We deliver ad-hoc analysis in support of MLRM COO related deliverables
