C# /.NET Developer in Credit Risk # 092083

Job description

The incumbent will be primarily working within the Reporting Solutions team, development and maintenance of the ICE system, currently used by the Country Risk Reporting team.

Main tasks involve:

· Designing and developing new features and implementing change requests to the existing code base.
· Analyzing business requirements and suggesting technical solutions.
· Taking responsibility for the source code quality, being proactive in proposing improvements.
· Participating in data extraction, analysis and manipulation in order to produce reports in conjunction with other developers and project manager.
· Enhancing user interface and application user experience.
· Understanding the various financial products that the bank transacts and their impact on reporting.

·  Ability to work directly with the business analyst and other stakeholders and transform business requirements into software specification.
·  2 years of proven professional experience in C# .NET 4.0, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008.
·  XAML knowledge - Experience in Silverlight 4 /WPF 4.
·  Knowledge of MVVM and frameworks like Prism/MEF/Caliburn or Unity container.
·  Good knowledge of middle-tier like WCF, WCF RIA etc.
·  Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 – experience of Database design, writing stored procedures, triggers, indexes and Database optimization.
·  Proven experience building Front End applications and multithreading.
·  Strong commitment and understanding of good change control and code promotion, working with multiple environments and branches.
·  Familiarity with standard project life cycle process and solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

·  Some basic knowledge of Credit Risk, Emerging Markets and products such as Repo/FX/OTC/Derivatives or interest to learn.
·  Fluency in English.
