Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) is a newly formed global organisation of over 6'000 aligned to the product suite that supports Information Technology infrastructure (e.g. mainframe, servers, connectivity, desktop, mobile, Lync and voice). It encompasses support for all Credit Suisse IT infrastructure requirements.

The GCTO Business Partner team is looking for a person to support Connectivity Finance Business Partner. The role will focus on:

· Management of Expense Governance Process including:
· Preparing data for weekly expense reviews and analysing spend against budget and reporting any risks seen
· Management reporting enabling accurate financial forecasting and tracking of approved spend in procurement tool
· Support in Business Case saves validation:
· Obtaining data from project managers
· Calculation of planned saves according to existing contracts in place
· Validation of realised saves vs business case planned saves
· Support in monthly Forecasting process:
· Assist in data collection from various sources and data review with resource and business managers prior to submission
· Tracking of monthly actuals vs forecast/budget and assisting with commentaries for those movements
· Assistance in month end process:
· Management of purchase order related contract to ensure correct finance view
· Supporting with accruals/reclasses calculation where necessary (for example in case of missing purchase order on existing service)
· Assistance in Monthly Business Review process:
· Support in providing finance N3/N4 decks
· Review finance data with clients
· Assistance in Budget Planning:
· Collection and consolidation of departmental demand from various system and individuals
· Co-ordination between business and finance and allocation of budget into individual department

Desired profile

·  2-3 years of experience in other financial role
·  Experience in collecting, correlating and consolidating data from various data sources
·  Good attention to detail
·  Solid numeracy and analytical skills
·  Expert command of written/spoken English
·  Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality
·  Solid knowledge of MS Excel and handling large data sets
·  Readiness independently and within a team environment
·  Highly motivated, enthusiastic and results-driven professional
