Job description

Global Markets Data Quality Unit BAU team is seeking an Analyst based in Wroclaw to support the Agreement Data Processing - Data Quality Unit in digitizing and extracting key attributes from historic and newly signed or amended legal agreements, including but not limited to OTC, Repo, Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives and Stock Borrown Loan Agreements.

· Perform day to day BAU tasks in line with control standards and process playbooks
· Work as part of a 4 eye process to Onboard, Preprocess, Clause Match and Data Capture Agreements, which allows the migration of documents, complete with digitization and clause extraction, into a golden source repository of agreement data
· Ability to perform front to back process on English as well as German or French Agreements
· Achieve full front to back working knowledge of the overall process to provide seamless coverage as a process SME
· Review and analyse legal agreements, including but not limited to OTC, Repo, Stock Borrow Loan and Listed Derivatives documentation
· Maintain firm control standards for the team by ensuring compliance with process dashboards, checklists and KRI reporting
· Ability to identify and escalate risk and control failure in the process
· Liaise with global team to ensure daily targets are achieved
· Proactively handle escalations to ensure transparency and resolution

Desired profile

·  1-2 years of industry experience
·  Solid understanding of operations processing
·  Knowledge of trade documentation or collateral management desirable, not essential
·  Knowledge of ongoing regulations such as BCBS IOSCO uncleared derivatives margin requirements desirable, not essential
·  Operational minded as the clause extraction process is embedded within a workflow and relies heavily on process
·  Solid problem solving and analytical skills
·  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
·  Ability to read, write and speak French and or German
·  Self-motivated, driven and task oriented, as well as ability to work as a team player; working seamlessly with colleagues around the world
·  Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
·  An ability to multi-task on a daily basis, managing on-going tasks as well as ad-hoc issues that demand immediate attention
