Job description

AES is the bank's Algorithmic Trading platform for Cash Equities & Listed Derivatives, supporting all major trading venues in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:
· Design, development & testing of the Algorithmic Trading Platform
· Ability to envision, architect, design and implement new features & enhancements on the platform
· Contribute towards TDD, Agile and Continuous Integration processes
· Continuous ever greening & improvement of the platform
· Partner with the business & technical staff on requirement analysis & delivering end-to-end features

Desired profile

·  Provide Level 3 support for the platform
·  Exceptional development skills in C#, Java or C++
·  Solid grasp of Object Oriented Design and SOLID design practices
·  Solid understanding and exposure to Agile methodologies, TDD and Continuous Integration process
·  Experience with Automated Trading and/or Order Management Systems is required
·  Understanding of market microstructure and the regulatory environments across the Asian exchanges
·  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals and meet deadlines
