Job description
· Exciting position as an Incident Manager for the Portfolio Advisory & Monitoring applications at Credit Suisse
· Responsible for the 2nd and 3rd level support for several strategic applications including close collaboration with the development team, business and TIS
· Ability to support the development team in defect fixing, incident analysis and production status reports
· Possibility to create statistics about the productive applications
· Monitor the application status in the production environment
· This position offers you the possibility to work within a motivated international team, in a challenging banking domain and an interesting technical environment
Desired profile
· Education or experience in application development (Java EE) and ideally some financial know-how.
· Good communications skills and service oriented personality.
· Strong and accurate analytical skills.
· Self-motivated, flexible and initiative personality with the ability to learn quickly.
· Readiness to take over some responsibility.
· Ability to work in stress situations.
· Technical skills focused on JAVA, Oracle, SQL and as an advantage SPLUNK
· Profound English and ideally German language skills
· Preference will be given to candidates already located in Switzerland
