Job summary

Capital Market Operations (CMO) Asia projects team is in charge of managing all projects impacting CMO HK processing hub or Operations set-up in the Region. Projects managed by this team can be IT related (e.g ORCHESTRADE, CBON, Murex V3, etc.), regulatory driven projects (CCP, TR…) or organizational initiatives (set-up consolidation, processing centralization, streamlining actions...).
In order to cope with all the projects to be managed within this scope, you will be fully in charge of new projects that will impact CMO Asia from the initiation to the deployment.

Your main missions will to :

- Coordinate actions between CMO teams (Paris and Asian sites) or with IT ;

- Be in charge of PMO activities (planning, reporting, dashboard and progress reports, etc.) ;

- Collect and formalize user business requirements ;

- Carry out studies on existing set-up in order to find areas for improvement ;

- Prepare and implement Change Management plans for CMO teams ;

- Liaise with CMO Project Management Team in Paris.

A first experience in a consulting firm or in capital markets products will be a plus.
