Missions
You will join Credit Agricole CIB New York as Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst.
Global Investment Banking (GIB) aims at advising large clients of the Bank for their strategic financial issues as well as structuring and executing specialised financial transactions.
GIB is comprised of the activities of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), specialised sectorial teams (Global Sectors Group) and a Legal and Financial Engineering (LFE) team.
Your main missions will:
As an analyst in the New York Team, you will work on a variety of transactions and take on significant responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to become involved with a wide range of organizations and play an important role in the Team’s day to day activity.
Mission:
- carry out company valuation and financial analysis
- conduct strategic analysis / industry research
- build company profiles
- write memoranda, proposals, and other written documents
- ability to create financial models from scratch (trading multiples, merger and operating models)
You will be working on a daily basis with our Sector teams located in Paris, and with our coverage teams across the U.S., Europe and South America.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Outils informatiques
Excellent knowledge of at least Excel and Powerpoint
Langues
Fluency in English, Spanish, French is a plus
