Missions

The Customer Master Data Team is part of Master Data Services Group. The Customer mater data team is taking care of the maintenance of Customer's Data including cash and security accounts. As being responsible for some of the most central systems within IT landscape, the team is also involved in several projects by the market, by regulator/law or internally (e.g. in terms of process optimizations).

 

Your main missions as Customer Master Data Officer will be :

 

·  Managing customer, cash- and securities accounts master data 
·  Review of data transfer and clarification with IT
·  Communicating with internal and external counterparts
·  Develop and implement process efficiency measures
·  Project work
