Missions

As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officer (CSO) works within a CSO team under the responsibility of a Team Coordinator CSO (CCSO). His/her team works with a specific Wealth Management Zone. He/she supports a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios.

He/she holds a key relationship position and contributes to the quality of the Bank's image. He/she acts as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators and the clients.

He/she masters the bank’s operations, its organisation and specificities.

He/she contributes to the respect of the conformity and deontology and to the control of the financial, counterpart and operational risks.

He/she works closely with the other CSO of his team.

The position offers possibility of growth.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

·  Manages client accounts, register the orders (purchases and sales of securities, transfers, check-cashing, cash control, renewal of fiduciary deposits, etc.) and verifies their good execution.
·  Ensures the administrative and IT part of the opening/closing of client accounts
·  Prepare Relationship Manager business trips
·  Ensures the link between the client and the operational departments of the bank.
·  Support the Relationship Manager in his own mission, by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities. He helps him with the administrative tasks.
·  Masters the mechanisms and internal procedures of the bank.
·  Prepare client meetings (necessary documents and check list).
·  Receives clients for cash/safe operation, documents delivery.
·  Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal).

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 3 / L3

Formation / Spécialisation

University degree with experience preferably in a similar role in Banking/Asset Management and further training as management assistant is an advantage.

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Min. 1 year of experience in a similar function

Compétences recherchées

General banking knowledge. Financial or legal background. Regulatory constraints on compliance (anti-money laundering and cross-border news).

High level of initiative, self-sufficient and accurate working style;
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and high level of discretion.

Outils informatiques

Proficiency in office tools (MS Office environment), Lotus Notes

Langues

Fluency in French, English and strong level in Russian mandatory
