Job summary
JOB OBJECTIVES
Assist the Business Analyst with:
• Organising, co-ordinating and leading inter-departmental projects to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.
• Working with departments identify areas for IT development / improvement.
• Working with Luxembourg office to achieve developments.
• Organising training for operational teams where appropriate.
• Writing procedures on new process.
• Resolve system issues.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Business Analyst with:
1) Systems Support:
o Supporting operational staff in resolving system issues.
o Support teams during special events, e.g. take on / liquidation.
o Set up and configure new funds structures on the systems.
o Testing and co-ordination of system upgrades.
2) Project Management:
o Reviewing legal documents for fund launches/migrations to ensure systems can support them.
o Co-ordinating fund launches with departments in Dublin and Luxemburg.
o Creating and maintain project plans.
o Organising project meetings, assign project tasks and monitor progress.
3) Systems Enhancements:
o Analysis of all the client flows to ensure optimal use.
o Automate processes, identify business development needs and implement solutions for these.
o Identification of systems enhancements, new functionalities and liaise with the Luxembourg teams to ensure requirements are met.
