Job summary

** This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

 

Department: Corporate Banking Operations

Team: Documentary & Guarantee Operations

 

Summary

·  Performs all bills processing / payment
·  Handles bills transactions according to the Bank’s policies and instructions
·  Acts as back-up for other functions

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Executes bills processing and prepare relevant data entries.
·  Acts as a checker of bills documents.
·  Provides technical advice to client.
·  Examines all new applications submitted by customer and clarify with customer in case of need.
·  Performs clerical duties such as filing, data inputting and performing routine calculations.
·  Handles correspondence.
·  Performs other functions as required and directed by the Department Head or other superiors.
