You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Milan as Project Manager Officer.
You will assist the Country COO and you will be part of the Local IT team, you will provide key support to the organization, coordination and management of all the transversal projects which involve CACIB Milan branch Support Functions.
So it include the following responsibilities:

- Project Management:
- Take the lead role as project manager in local or transversal projects and for the development of internal/external reporting coordinating all the related aspects. Implement /oversee various local or transversal projects and/or initiatives.
- Organise collaborative transversal work sessions between various department representatives involved respectively in the different projects.
- Conduct analysis of processes, workflows and produce conclusive reports.
- Write documents, procedures, notes, minutes as they may arise during the implementation of a project.
- Report and escalate to management when needed.
- Actively assist and support the involved departments in the pre-implementation analysis of the projects.
- Actively assist and support the involved departments in the delivery of all the documents and necessary steps of the implementation.
- Being accountable for the results together and in cooperation with the involved stakeholders.
- Carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the right personnel, workers, and stakeholders.
- Responsible for supervising projects in progress and ensures that all issues related to the projects are clarified and completed to avoid confusion and interruption during execution of projects.

- Organisation and Coordination:
- Follow-up of General Inspection / Internal Audit recommendations and related reporting
- Follow-up of action plans
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Reporting
- Monthly Support Functions Committee
- Drafting and updating of policies and procedures
- Internal communications
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required

Academic Background: University, Engineer or Business School.
Master Degree in Economics & Finance or Management Engineering.
A previous experience as PMO could be a plus.
Hard Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting matters
- Knowledge of project management activities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (particularly Excel).
- Fair knowledge of MS Access
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of Italian &French
Soft skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily
- Ability to analyse and summarise
- Rigour and sense of organisation
- Apprehension of results and priorities
- Teamworking spirit
