Therefore, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will supervise projects we need to launch in order to support the growth of the company and spread our culture.
What is the job all about?
As a Junior Project Manager, you are an ambassador of the Cream culture. You take part in various internal projects, ensuring coordination and communication throughout the initiatives.
You will also be responsible for managing your own IT projects, such as the development of new features for our internal management tools or improving our website. You are the link between the users (recruiters, business developer) and the development team.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Coordination and management of various internal projects
- Launching and supporting new initiatives, from small events (organizing a board games event) to larger projects (new website, creation of training media…)
- Ensure reporting and communication about ongoing projects
- On boarding newcomers in accordance with Cream project culture
- Analysing business needs to identify potential IT solutions
- Managing the roadmap using in-house developed business software (CRM, Application Tracking System)
