As Thermal FEA Simulation Engineer you will be integrated within Mechanical Engineering team and work at the development of new ADAS products, as well for customization of existing components for different OEMs.

Your responsibilities as Thermal FEA Simulation Engineer will be:

·  Perform Thermal FEA simulations (static and dynamic) for ADAS sensors regards thermal optimization.

·  Propose design improvements for mechanical, HW and Layout based on FEA simulations results and/or experience.

·  Create reports intended for different purposes (for customer, internal, management or educational), while being able to adjust the level of details and complexity for each one.

·  Calibrate the Thermal FEA simulations with the real life tests.

·  Involved in real life thermal tests.

You will have an assigned mentor the entire integration period that will help you integrate in the organization and guide you towards taking your own responsibilities.

Desired profile

Job Requirements

Candidates need to have:

·  University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience

·  Minimum 2 years experience in FEA simulations required

·  Knowledge of heat transfer mechanisms (conduction, convection and radiation)

·  Knowledge of CAD (Catia V5 and/or Creo)

·  Knowledge of Thermal FEA tools (ANSYS Icepak or Flotherm)

·  Knowledge of design and manufacturing of mechanical parts (diecast, sheetmetal and plastic parts)

·  Good communication skills

·  English knowledge – good level

A plus would be:

·  Experience in a similar job

·  Knowledge of semiconductor package design, process, manufacturing

·  Knowledge with PCB materials and PCB fabrication processes
