•support ContiTech AIS CAD, AE and Sales ­ Organisation for simulation requirements
•project set­up for achieving development­gates
•technical coordination together with Simulation­department in Hann.­Münden, Germany, and / or potential suppliers
•inter­company cooperation for development and cost saving projects
•support the customer, together with the SAE and Simulation­department, in finding technical solutions
•coordination of the customer requirements regarding simulation
•developing design concepts and ­proposals together with AE­ and CAD­department based on the simulation results
•optimization and coordination of the simulation results in dialog with the Application­Eng. and/or customer
•analyse of the simulation requirements from different tasks
•assistance in setting up D­ and P­FMEA
•FEA: Structural simulation, steady state & transient, linear and non­linear material and geometry in Abacus, Ansys, etc.
•CFD: Flow­Simulation of charge air ducts
•Acoustical simulation, resonator design
•Design: Design rules ContiTech and Customer and In­depth knowledge of relevant manufacturing process
(injection­moulding, blow­moulding, steel tube manipulation, stamping)

Desired profile

Job Requirements

•University Degree
•Minimum 3 years work experience
•MS Office knowledge
•Good English/German knowledge (spoken and written)
