Job Description

1.Production Coordination:Fulfill the demand with quantity and quality according to production plan
Assign Operators according to the production plan
Coordinate the resources when abnormality occur
2.Shopfloor Management:Ensure good 5S level and shopfloor discipline being executed
Monitor the production process
Control Shopfloor Safety
Do the layer audit level 2
Escalate the problems according to Jidoka rule
3.Training:Develop competence of line leader
Train operators and update the skill matrix(record saving on the server)
4.Quality Contorl:Ensure the production staff follow the process and quality instructions
Determine the main tasks according to the quality objective and distribute the task to the right person purposively
Analyze and keep record of defective goods in production
Carry out SPC measurements
5.Total Productive Maintenance:Implement Autonomous Maintenance

Job Requirements

1.Technical School or higher
2.More than 1 year of working experience with related products and automation
3.Experience in training
