Job Description

Coordinate and taking care of the mechanical aspects for all MSM sub-segment products which are currently in production in the European plants.

 Key contact for all MSM production plants, working with local mechanical engineering.
 Take experience from design experts for each product family (CP and DHS) and give feedbacks (lessons learned, continuous improvement) to them on success/failure in production.
 Creation and modification of mechanical designs or portions of projects or complete projects of low to medium complexity using appropriate techniques such as: design, calculation, CAD modeling, drawings creation in accordance with company quality standards.
 Coordinate and manage the mechanical activity on his perimeter ensuring deliverables performance (PLC, MLC, documents, tests results…) on the following criteria: planning, quality and cost.
 Responsible for the mechanical topics for projects in serial production regarding the external and internal customers.
 Manage and validate qualification for modified mechanical components after start of production.
 Design to cost activities.

Profil recherché

Job Requirements

Education : Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience :
 Minimum 3 years in mechanical design.
 Minimum 2 years in CAD software : PTC Creo or CATIA V5.
 Designing parts for plastic injection moulds, stamping.
 Collaboration experience with electronic hardware designers.
 Collaboration experience with manufacturing people.

Skills: Materials knowledge, leadership, global cost orientated,negociation techniques, creative & rigorous, good communication, team spirit, autonomy capacity & project management.

Languages : English mandatory / German would be a plus.
