You will be a part of the Accounting service center of Continental Automotive Romania SRL.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible, for more customers and locations for one Division, for the following activities:

·  Verify and validate purchase orders received from external customers and give feedback on the customers’ WEB portal;

·  Define a new purchase order in SAP for external customers, place orders also for Intercompany business;

·  Initiate projects in SAP for prototypes and customer reimbursement for special equipments;

·  Generate delivery notes for prototypes and clarify any missing information;

·  Issue invoices for engineering services, prototypes, pre-series deliveries;

·  Manage the open receivable for external customers for more plants and locations;

·  Clarify the differences for prices, logistics, quality and quantity for all opened positions;

·  Trace all the open invoices, including the invoices for engineering services;

·  Consulting Key Account Organization for high differences and claims and contact the customer‘s buyer for price contract differences.

Other responsibilities: to prepare complex reports related to the area of responsibility, respect internal procedures and customers procedures.

Proposing and implementing improvements of the procedures and tools related to the area of responsibility it is highly appreciated.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  Faculty of Economics / Master of Economics

·  Minimum 1-2 years, relevant area Accounts Receivable

·  English Expert

·  SAP intermediate is a prerequisite

·  Microsoft office advanced

·  Self derived persons

·  High initiative skills

·  Oriented towards delivering results

·  High networking and communication skills
