Poste et missions:
Continental is looking for a VIE Tax and Social Security HR to strengthen its International Mobility Team in the EMEA Hub in Continental’s Headquarters in Hannover.
Details of the mission :
Your field of activity will mainly cover:
- You will be directly reporting to the Tax and Social Security Leader within the International Mobility department of Continental
- Collaboration in diverse and global projects (50% including projects together with the Head of International Mobility)
- Support the Tax / Social Security Leader and Head of International Mobility
- Strong collaboration with Continental’s Global Employer Services / Tax provider
- Creation of reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Drafting of communication materials
Main achievements :
- The opportunity to develop and gain deep international tax and social security knowledge as well as the experience of working in a multicultural environment
- The successful candidate will contribute on tax compliance considering on-going international developments in this area (e.g. OECD, tax reforms and or bilateral and multistate tax convention)
- 50% operational tasks and 50% supporting key strategic project on a global scale
- Great visibility within Continental organization internationally
Profil:
- Master’s degree in HR or Economics or related areas (Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Audit or Taxation)
- Very good analytical skills
- Very detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- International mindset: several relevant experiences abroad
- Fluent English
- German would be a plus (additional languages would be a plus)
- Excellent Communication Skills
