For our Enhanced Information team in Belgium we are looking for a credit analyst whose main responsibilities will be:
Objectives:
To maintain a close watch on our portfolio in order to provide the group’s risk department with pertinent and updated information.
To meet the group’s fixed annual targets and to ensure that all the data provided is of the highest quality.
Missions
The credit analyst will be primarily in charge of gathering and investigating businesses established in Belgium and Luxembourg. Data is subject to analysis of which conclusions are drawn.
Main activities will be:
- To check, enhance information and update data base
- Create companies in the database, check their main legal identifiers and if overall information is correct
- To contact companies in order to get their financial statements and/or required supplementary information
- To modify or confirm companies assessment according to the data received
- To manage all available information received from external or internal information providers
Skills & Knowledge:
- French, good level of English (Dutch is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of company accounts
- Ability to understand Economic/Sector trends and to have a proactive attitude during research
- Adherence to process: Ability to consistently follow processes
- Team player, well organized and rigorous, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor or equivalent through experience
