Le Centre de Recherche et Développement SAINT-GOBAIN ISOVER, situé au nord de Paris et accessible par les transports en commun, recherche aujourd'hui, en support à l'usine de Hyvinkää en Finlande :

Mission de VIE de 18 mois à Hyvinkää en Finlande
Après 1 à 2 mois dans notre centre R&D à Rantigny (Oise) où vous serez formé à notre procédé de fabrication, aux spécificités de votre mission, vous rejoindrez l'usine de Hyvinkää.
Junior Development Engineer, VIE
VIE 18 months in Finland
The candidate will support the Nordic R&D team within the insulation activity in the development work in general and follow the process and product quality of a specific product range in particular. The candidate will be placed in Hyvinkää, Finland and be a part of a regional team of development engineers and work in close cooperation with the local production team.
The candidate should be able to:
- Perform measurements, follow-up and document the glass wool production in relation to product performance
- Sample and perform measurements in the production process and on product performance to collect data
- Build database based on measured data and take part of the analyzes
- Support development of new methods/measurement techniques and procedures and/or improvement of existing test methods
- Take part of training and integration of new measurement procedures
- To participate in testing of products and technical solutions
- To be involved in development projects as team member
In this role you have several contact areas within the local, regional and central organization but most of the work will be made in close cooperation with the local production team.
Profil:
To be able to fulfill this, the person needs the following skills:
- Have an independent and well-structured way of working
- You are organized and you keep your work documented
- You are a motivated team player and possess good communication skills
- You are structured and have the ability to handle big amount of data
- Good knowledge in English language (Swedish/Finnish is a plus)
- Good knowledge in working with Office package is mandatory (knowledge of other software for data analyses is a plus)
- Good practical skills/handy skills
- Good technical understanding
- Ability to travel internationally
The person in this position must possess solid knowledge of material science and product development.
