- This open position is within the Nordic Central IT Infrastructure department of Saint-Gobain group. We develop and enforce regional and global IT standards, and build the needed infrastructure to support the activities of a world leading industrial group.
At Saint-Gobain Technology Services Nordic & Baltic, we support all Saint-Gobain businesses in the region with e.g. running shared IT services, creating reliable and secure infrastructure and providing users support and training. In total, we support about 50 business units, 550+ different sites and 13,000 end-users.
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to run regional IT projects and develop the newly created Project Management team in Copenhagen.
Your tasks :
Carry out IT infrastructure related projects from analysis to delivery. Projects span from Datacenter to Local infrastructure to Central services integration and involve the coordination of several technical and non-technical teams
Ensure projects deadlines and expectations are met
Monitor status of project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders on project’s progress
Work closely with the process manager on improving the organization’s processes.
Examples of projects:
- Deploy and enforce Saint-Gobain’s Infrastructure standards to newly purchased business units
- Datacenter migration
- Deploy new storage and backup solutions to all sites in the region
Your profile :
Master’s degree in engineering with focus on IT consulting and/or project management
Structured and methodological approach to work
Good communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Quick learner, autonomous and self-driven – use to work outside of beaten tracks
Intercultural and international experience is a huge plus
