YOUR TASKS
- As part of the HR Management Team in Munich you will be responsible for your own support area
- You will be an HR partner for the operative areas and report directly to the Head of HR
- Advising managers and employees of a defined group in all personnel-related and labour law matters issues
- Trusting cooperation with the works council and independent handling of all processes
- Preparation, accompaniment and moderation of (difficult) appraisal interviews together with the management
- Active participation in special projects with focus on transformation and digitization
- Creation of various contract documents for employees
- Supervision of the onboarding of new employees
- Interface to personnel administration / payroll accounting

YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed university studies with a focus on human resources
- Experience in the role of HR officer, HR business partner or similar through internships
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Independent, proactive and structured way of thinking and acting combined with a quick grasp
- Good judgement and assertiveness, ability to present own arguments; communication skills
- Dynamic, flexible and resilient personality and pragmatism
- Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
