Your daily routine ?

The Strategic Marketing and Communication team is in charge of generating the content, in collaboration in particular, with the Marketing teams from the different business lines, to promote BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking: its continuous adaptation to customer needs, its achievements, its striking deals… in short, its successes internally and externally.

It is also responsible for supporting CIB's strategy and its position as an influential bank, particularly on the themes of sustainable development. And finally, it defines a targeted and innovative policy to support the brand.
For this, you will be a force for proposals to submit themes, an editorial line and a publication strategy in order to maximize the impact of the messages (channels, media, etc.) in liaison with the strategic managers of the activities and the team leader. editorial content.

You will also have to carry out video creation projects for internal and external use on all types of subjects: script writing, brief and coordination with the people in charge of filming and visual post-production.

You will be required to write impactful content in English and French on various business or financial subjects ranging from banking, to digital, via sustainable finance. Impact communication for impact subjects!

In terms of internal communication, you will address a variety of subjects including, among others, those related to managerial communication that should promote the transmission of key messages, in formats that encourage employees.

Finally, you will be supporting non-English speaking team members to help transform their content into intelligible and impactful English! And thus make it understandable by all communications such as, comments on the Bank's financial results, market trends, transactions, partnerships, etc.

You will always be attentive to building and maintaining a network of internal customers, to keep up to date with the challenges of the business and to stay on the lookout on various themes.

CIB’s Strategic Marketing & Communication (SMC) team is part of CIB’s Engagement Department. Its ambition is to make BNP Paribas CIB one of the opinion leaders in the industry such as Harvard Business Review with the creation of a unified, multi-channel and content-oriented customer experience.
The team of ten people is both multicultural and international (based in Paris, London and Lisbon) and it interacts with the communication and marketing teams in all the countries where BNP Paribas CIB is present. Within this dynamic team, there is no typical day: your work will adapt according to current events or business developments.

By joining the SMC team, you will participate in our approach to Corporate Communication, dynamic and innovative, and you will be able to develop an important network with your internal customers (Support functions, Marketing and Communication teams, lines of business, etc.)

Yes, if you have a strong writing skills! You are an expert in spelling and are recognized for the rigor of your editorial production.

You have graduated from a Master degree and you have a year of professional experience in which you could develop your knowledge in the financial sector and investment banking activities.

You know how to juggle digital publishing solutions (wordpress ...) and best practices for search engine optimization. You absolutely master the language of Shakespeare, of course!

You are recognized for your ability to work in a team, you can communicate, both orally and in writing.

Faced with the variety of subjects that will be entrusted to you, you demonstrate a great capacity for analysis and synthesis, to write impactful content.

And finally, you will know how to establish and activate networks, to carry out your projects.
