CONTEXT

You will be located in Bucharest, Romania and be part of the Groupe SEB Romania team. You will work for the Groupe SEB South Central Europe cluster (10 countries: 7 EU and 3 Non-EU).

The office currently host around 70 employees and the Forecast team SCE is composed of 3 teammates.

MISSIONS

The Demand Forecaster SCE position is responsible for forecasting activities associated with customers and products. The Demand Forecaster SCE creates and maintains forecast models, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources.

The Demand Forecaster SCE is the integration point into the sales and commercial organization.

Main responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to a Senior Demand Forecaster, you will:

Provide accurate and consistent sales forecasts in line with the local market demand
Analyze the past behaviour of sales
Clean up the data to correct any historical exceptional events
Consolidate/challenge/extrapolate customers & trade procurements forecasts
Update sales forecasts at family & SKU level in collaboration with Marketing & Sales & Logistics
Perform regular Sanity checks of Sales Forecasts
Facilitate and collect proactively relevant information from different business functions

PROFILE:

Graduated with a degree in Industry/Supply Chain with no more than 2 years of professional experience
Knowledge in Logistics flow and distribution
Strong analytical and computer skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial skills and capacity for leadership and influence on internal and external collaborators
Ability to summarize and communicate important data
Flexibility and Team spirit
Fluent in English, French and other languages are a plus
