Assignment:

Within our subsidiary in Germany, your main missions are:
• Define and develop the supply-chain scheme from suppliers to customers: physicals flows, information flows, outbound, inbound, internal plant, always being in contact with Supply Chain Engineer & Manufacturing and plants.
• Define optimum stock levels at each step of the process, with a focus on Lead Time optimization
• Ensure fine tuning and reception of packaging means, their availability for the trials at each step of the project development, until eventually customers approval and until objectives are met
• Design the layout of inbound, internal and outbound flows / Dimension the storage areas
• Participate to the suppliers selection process with Purchasing (Transport, SILS, Platforms, Packaging, Dynamic storage), Provide a technical validation of the selected solutions
You will be responsible for attending logistics FMEA and audits. You will also analyze the impacts of perimeter evolutions on the organization, resources, packaging types and investments and Supply Chain’s costs.

Profile:

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school with knowledge in business or a recognized business school with a strong interest for a technical environment. You are interested in logistics and ideally have gained first experience in this area.
As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You have an interest for the automotive industry and a first experience or internship in this sector can be a plus.
You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
Your English is fluent and you have a good command of the German language.
