We are currently looking for a Business development Manager based in Bogota to increase revenue, evangelize and articulate the unique value proposition of DynAdmic to top media agencies and advertisers.

Poste et missions:

Proven experience in advertising sales
- Track record of developing c-level relationships and increasing clients portfolio
- A track record of exceeding sales target
- Excellent Spanish communication skills (prior experience in a Spanish speaking country is a plus)
- High-level of initiative and pro activity
- Demonstrated ability to manage his/her own pipeline of prospects and clients : your direct manager will be based in Brazil, - strong independent skills and entrepreneurship spirit
- Collaborate with client services and product teams to engage key partners
- Define product and service solutions that meet partner's needs
- Self-starter with passion for customer-focused, rapidly changing and largely undefined industry
- Ability to see the endgame of each business opportunity
- BA/BS degree
- Min 3 to 4 years experience in sales online advertising
- Digital video sales experience is a plus
- Prior experience in high-growth internet or advertising technology company preferred
