Do you want to join a world leader in the railway sector? Alstom Norway is looking for an ambitious project planner/scheduler to join one of our mega projects to develop, equip and commission ERTMS onboard System. The ENIO project is part of ambitious national implementation of ERTMS on +470 fleets in entire country.

As a key player the project schedule will take part in developing detail schedule for rollout/fitment phase and monitor progress. With various stakeholder engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to build a robust technical and interpersonal skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities

This role is responsible for detail planning of rollout phase activities including design, supply-chain, installation and commissioning. In addition, this will provide the opportunity to participate and lead baseline management, reporting and monitoring of the program. The individual will perform daily progress report, schedule risk assessment, and will have exposure to commercial program management such as claims and delay analysis.

Skills and education

•Previous experience is planning complex projects using Primavera
•Sound knowledge and experience in reporting and dashboard development
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•To be able to work independently and drive planning activities in workshop environment
•To be a team player with positive attitude toward continues improvement
•Agile and have willingness to learn and adapt to fast changing environment
