Poste et missions:

The Marketing Support will play an important role in the Marketing team of IVECO BENELUX for commercial vehicles (vans & trucks).
He will be responsible for providing support to the marketing manager with different activities related to the following domains:

1- Digital Marketing support

• Active management Social Media like Facebook & Linked In
• Active management IVECO website
• Activation of the lead generation process in co-operation with head office and IVECO dealers
• Creation IVECO newsletter
• Creation & update IVECO TOOLBOX to support the dealers
• Maximize visibility IVECO promotions
• Organization online campaigns with external agencies

2- Traditional Marketing support

• Creation POS materials like catalogues, leaflets and showroom materials
• Stock management of POS
• Support in the organization IVECO national & local events & factory visits (concept , agency contacts , evaluation events)

3- Marketing Analytics & Administration

• Creation monthly marketing reportings
• Support marketing purchase administration
• Input & analysis marketing expenses

The list of activities is not limitative and can evolve according to business and organisational requirements.

You will be based in Brussels with occasional travel.

Profil:

Level of studies: Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience
Fluency French and English. Dutch is a plus
Good knowledge of MsOffice: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Communicative, strong organizational skills, flexible and pro-active
