In Chile, Alstom has more than 450 employees distributed in 6 sites all over Santiago City and Limache. We have manufactured around 70% of Metro de Santiago total fleet and the most modern suburban trains in service for EFE and Metro Valparaíso. We deliver full rolling stock maintenance and modernization services for our customers and we provide and maintain state-of-the-art signaling solutions both for metro an suburban lines. We are also proud to own the most modern electronic laboratory in the country which allows us to fulfill locally the most complex needs of our customers.

The VAO program ("Volver al Origen") was launched about 2 years ago and contains 3 Development Pillars:

- People Growth
- Training Strategy
- Reengineering of Procedures

In each of these categories, a first series of action has been launched and there are others within the Roadmap to start.

Therefore, the candidate must follow up on current actions, review the roadmap and propose new actions to be developed.

- Monitoring of the planning and execution of the program Return to Origin
- Manage the interventions of the different internal activities to enrich the "Return to Origin" program
- Helps to define the final strategy of internal training, the definition and validation of study programs
- Support regarding content creation and teaching methods

Profil :

-Diplôme d'ingénieur
-Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'espagnol
-Expérience en gestion de projet
-Bonne communication orale et écrite
