Department and missions:

The IT Operations Management department (internally called CBI10) is the department in charge of the operational run of IT infrastructure and processes (Incidents, Change, Security, User rights, quality) CBI10 is also involved into application development projects as well as in projects related to IT Infrastructure.

- Introduction and improvement of relevant system solutions in the environment of Access Management and IT-Security
- Definition and maintenance of IT Security policies in the Access Management framework
- Administration and management of access rights
- System integration of regulatory and business requirements
- Contact for coordination with providers regarding Access Management procedures

Profile:

Diploma in computer science, or communications engineering, or business administration, or comparable education
A first experience in this field (internship or apprenticeship) would be appreciated

Hard Skills:
• Good knowledge of best practices for IT Services Management;
i.e. ITIL, related ISO / IEC Standards
• Basic knowledge of common IT architectures

Soft Dkills:
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a minimum of supervision

IT Skills:
- General knowledge of Microsoft products
- Knowledge of Business/ Banking IT infrastructure

Languages Skills:
Fluent verbal and written English, a base knowledge of the German language would be appreciated
