REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2097€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Mission

Aperam is a global producer of stainless, electrical and speciality steel is looking for a Junior Controller to support the Global Accounting & Performance department based in Luxembourg.
As a Junior Controller, your scope of action will be Aperam global Finance & HR platforms. You will work closely with local HR and finance controllers enabling you to have a key role as an interface between Finance and HR.

Your main responsibilities will be :

- Collect, check, consolidate & analyze the HR data (workforce evolution, productivity, competitiveness, absenteeism, ...), for the purpose of the HR Dashboard (monthly), the Strategy process (annual), the Budget process (annual) & the Workforce Planning.
-Maintain the reference tables of the databases and the user documentation.
-Support the HR team members to increase the efficiency of their HR processes by using and promoting a unique source of data, shared concepts and definitions, and using collaborative tools.

Profile

-Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
-Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to challenge data
-Team player & good communication skills
-Ability and willingness to work with large databases and various IT systems
-Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel
-Fluent in English
