Poste et missions:
Reporting hierarchically to Managing Director of Czech Republic, operationally to the Chief Financial Officer for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) area, the Financial Controller must prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting insuring that the reports will comply with the Group financial policy.
1.MAIN JOB TASKS
Monthly closing and reporting
•Analysis of monthly sales results by customer, by product line and product family
•Gross margin calculations
•Comparison of actual and budgeted figures, analysis of variances
•Cost (SG&A, cost of capital) calculations and analysis
•Inventory control
•Prepare monthly closing reports (IFRS)
•Upload closing package into Group reporting system
•3 way matching controls, other regular monthly controls of operational transactions
•Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reporting
Budgeting, forecasting
•Leading and organizing within the entity the Annual Budget preparation process
oTurnover and discount planning
oSG&A, operational cost budgeting
oInventory, Cost of Capital Employed
oP&L and B/S preparation
oReporting in Group consolidation system
•Prepare quarterly Forecast updates based on Actual results
•Follow up revenue, cost and result evolution through the year, prepare comprehensive management reporting and propositions
Internal audit, compliance
•Support and prepare documentation for yearly Self assessment
•Participate and support in Internal Audit process
•Control of reconciliations, process checks to present to auditors
•Prepare required controls based on Group internal regulations (ex Compliance)
Business Partnering
•In general, the Financial Controller is the Business Partner of the entity GM, and entity management in order to support pro-actively the decision making process, define company business strategy, and follow up target realization process

Profil:
Advance school graduate, with previous experience in controlling department
Reliable, accurate, confidentiality, capable to work in a team
Pro active, self-driven, autonomous within his/her responsibility area
Capability to work with respect to deadlines (internal, external)
Experience in ERP systems, proficiency in Full MS Office package
previous experience in an international environment (min. 1-2 years)
English is mandatory and French would be appreciated.
