iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for:

Finance Operations Project Management Officer
Finance Operations Project Management Officer VIE will act as :

1) Finance Operations Project Lead:

-Lead & Coordinate Strategic projects (i.e.: simplification, finance cost base optimization, digital strategic projects, systems)
-Define Roadmap, Deliverables, Ownership and Execution Plan
-Highlight project risks, define mitigation plan and propose recommendations to Canada Management Team and Chief Financial Officer

2) Financial Analyst:

-Lead financial analysis for whole Canada Affiliate
-Ensure financial processes coordination (budget, closing)

3) Business Development Projects – Finance Transaction Lead:

-Support Business Development Deals by establishing financial models, valuations, Free Cash Flow (FCF) forecasts
-Conduct financial due diligence and coordinate finance teams
-Structure deal transaction and make recommendation to management

Screening criteria:

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experience

-Education: Master's degree in Finance or equivalent

-Experience: 2 years’ experience in finance department and project management exposure

-IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite

-Language(s): Fluent French & English

Other desirable skills:

-Leadership with an ability to solve problems in a matrix structure and navigate inside the complex organization of different functions
-Good understanding of transversal processes such as finance, sales, marketing, etc
-Business and result oriented with proven coordination skills
-Very good communicant and influence power
-Resilience and agility in fast growing environment
-"Hands-on" and challenging mindset
