What You'll do As Deal Manager,
you hold the responsibility for the operational E2E deal lifecycle management across complex deal types including SaaS for large/ global customers with additional focus on streamlining processes. You will have a project approach to deals following a consistent methodology aligned to the different deal types and requirements. You will work in close partnership with Sales and Partner facing Operations Managers in front of the stakeholders demonstrating a ONE operations face.
This requires you to:
o Connect the dots across different departments and teams
o Understand and be able to recognise the different offers available and qualify the deals
o Work in close collaboration with Cisco Sales Teams on understanding the business requirements advise on the deal structuring
o Manage and execute the tasks required for the Deal to go through the different lifecycle stages leveraging a project management approach
o Perform risk assessment
o Acquire deep knowledge of the organizational set-up to its full extent for each for each offer
o Ensure an ongoing communication with both Operations Managers, Cisco Sales Teams and Cisco Partners
What you'll bring
Bachelors +5 to +8 years of related experience preferred, or Masters + 4 years of related experience preferred. Project Management experience of +2years a plus.
o Analyze information and work with others to evaluate alternative solutions to confirm path forward
o Strong planning and analytical skills
o Strong Decision Making, Influencing and negotiating skills
o Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
o Explain information and effectively lay out pros and cons of alternatives to consider

o Excellent communication skills at all levels of management -- presentation as well as personal, soft skills
o Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
