Job description



Business Analysis

·  Document business requirements and needs and identifying appropriate technology solutions
·  Define and document functional and technical requirements and assist in defining business requirements
·  Ability to drive understanding and solutions from a high level all the way down to the execution layers
·  Assist with creation, collection, organization, and management of Datasets.
·  Ensure efficient data management processes and high data integrity.
·  Contribute to the development of a process for mining data from current databases, while streamlining business expert insights and information.
·  Refine and continuously improve data­-oriented processes, from collection, to enhancement, to output functions that will drive JLL’s business intelligence and continue to enhance the platform’s reputation as an industry leader.
·  Maintain and continuously refresh operational process guides.

Administrative Function

·  Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives
·  Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested
·  Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned
·  Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL
·  Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
·  Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
·  Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Skills and knowledge

·  3-5 years’ experience with business analysis in a professional services industry
·  Expertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial contractual language
·  Experience and understanding of multiple financial business process areas (e.g., financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, journal entry setup & processing, financial reporting, disclosure reporting, etc.)
·  Experience gathering and documenting requirements through facilitating working sessions with subject matter experts
·  Experience during the implementation phase of a core financial system deployment life cycle
·  Strong technical aptitude including experience with cloud-based services and products and fundamental data analysis skills
·  Strong knowledge of accounting systems, planning, financial modeling and business analysis
·  Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
·  Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
·  High attention to detail and accuracy, and well organized
·  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization
·  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to course correct
·  Understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidations, and financial statements
